Exchange Service
Orders that have been paid for or pre-ordered cannot be cancelled or refunded. Product exchanges must be made after purchase but before delivery. Display or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged/Defective Goods

If the product's quality issues are due to factory defects (note: damage to the product's external packaging (including but not limited to cartons and boxes) is not considered a quality issue), customers must contact us within seven days of receipt and retain the intact packaging. We reserve the right not to exchange the product and only offer returns and refunds. If the product is damaged or defective under any circumstances, we recommend that you immediately take photos of the damaged area and the product in its entirety and contact us within 24 hours. If an exchange is required, the product and its external packaging (including but not limited to cartons and boxes) must be retained intact; otherwise, we reserve the right not to exchange the product.

Modifying an Order

If you would like to change the details of your order (e.g., delivery address), please contact our Customer Service (CS) team via email. Please note that any items that have already been dispatched cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.
Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to customers, as required by law. Any failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such or any other right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, the Company's decision shall be final.
