Shipping Policy

Order Shipping Arrangements:

  • Orders over $300 receive one free Standard Delivery to general areas. For orders under $300, the shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page.
  • Free Standard Delivery is typically delivered by a courier (determined by our company, typically SF Express or JD.com). You cannot specify a delivery date or time.
  • If customers request a specific delivery date and time, they do not agree to the "free delivery" option offered by the aforementioned courier. Customers may change delivery arrangements at their own expense. If customers do not wish to use the aforementioned courier for other reasons, please contact us for other delivery options at their own expense.
  • After shipment, customers will receive tracking information from the courier and can contact the courier to inquire about delivery status.
  • For remote areas such as Ma Wan, the Lantau Restricted Area, and Discovery Bay, additional delivery time and/or surcharges may apply (if applicable, these will be quoted separately). For other special areas such as outlying islands, separate quotes will be required. Please contact us in advance to inquire about delivery charges.
  • If the product is out of stock and requires a pre-order, please contact us in advance to inquire about the shipping date.
  • If the customer requests a change of delivery address after shipment, or if no one is present to collect the delivery upon delivery, the product will be returned to the warehouse and the customer will be required to pay the regular delivery fee ($50-$150) for re-delivery.
  • Products are only delivered to floors accessible by car or trolley. A staircase fee of $50-$100 per item per floor is charged, or every ten steps counts as one floor (limited to items under 10kg. Shipments over 10kg will be quoted separately by the carrier).
